1971
Raygold Industries' sales volume reaches $6 million, and is acquired by Boise Cascade.
1979
Boise Cascade Executives - Bill Brandt, Al Graber, Jeff Holcomb, and Don Mathis - purchase the company in a leveraged buyout. American Woodmark Corporation is born with 1,100 employees, and three manufacturing facilities.
1990
The Timberlake brand is born, designed specifically to supply and support the new construction industry.
2019
As part of American Woodmark, thousands of employees serve customers nationwide, with 17 manufacturing facilities.
